If you request an AI Deep Dive, we collect the information you enter in the form: your first name, email, company website or business name, the areas you select, any optional note you add, and whether you would like a call.

Please do not submit customer, employee, health, financial, credential, or other confidential information through the website.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages, sites and ads bring people here. It doesn't use cookies or store personal information.

When you request an AI Deep Dive, the form also records the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, that link's campaign tags and the site you came from, so we know which ads are working.

We use the information to research and prepare the requested AI Deep Dive, reply to you, evaluate whether Swaymak may be a useful fit, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. We do not sell the information you submit through this site.

The forms are processed by Formspree. Our website host and form provider may also process basic technical information needed to deliver, protect, and maintain their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Swaymak may use research services and AI-assisted tools to help prepare an AI Deep Dive. One of Swaymak's founding members reviews every AI Deep Dive before it is sent. Information shared with those services is subject to their terms and privacy practices, which is why the form should contain only public or non-confidential business context.

We keep inquiry information only as long as it remains reasonably useful for the conversation, business records, and applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, so the website forms should be used only for an initial, non-confidential description of your business and what you would like to improve.

You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Use the form below and clearly identify the earlier request so we can locate it.
